3. Scope of the Tender: Lot 1: White bullboard with a basis weight of 1,000 gsm and above; Lot 2: White bullboard with a basis weight of less than 1,000 gsm; Lot 3: Mixed-grade paper with a basis weight of 490–495 gsm; Lot 4: Other mixed-grade paper; Lot 5: Coated white cardboard; Lot 6: Base paper and laminated paper. For detailed information, please refer to the Bill of Quantities and the Tender Documents.
4. Term of Service: Until December 31, 2019.
5. Price of tender documents: RMB 200 per package; an additional RMB 50 will be charged for domestic mail-order purchases. Tender documents are non-refundable after purchase.
6. Time for purchasing tender documents: From March 8, 2019, to March 14, 2019, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). (Beijing time, the same below.)

Note: Consortium bids are not permitted for this project.
