Since establishing and certifying its quality management system in September 1997, the company has consistently held all employees to the strict standards set forth in its quality policy, objectives, and commitments. Through a variety of methods and channels, the company has steadfastly pursued continuous improvement of its processes, systems, products, and services, thereby ensuring ongoing enhancements in product quality and customer satisfaction. In 2006, in response to evolving needs from customers, the market, and society, and thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, the company further established additional management systems: a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), a Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2018), an Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018), and an Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2018). These initiatives have enabled the company to achieve a win-win outcome for itself and its stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and suppliers.
