Workplace Safety
“People-oriented, safety first, and prevention-focused” is Hongta Renheng Company’s guiding principle for workplace safety. The company has established a “Workplace Safety Committee” chaired by the General Manager, ensuring that safety is emphasized at every level—from the corporate headquarters down to individual departments, from departments to work teams, and from work teams to each employee—so that everyone prioritizes safety at all times and adheres to the principle of “safety first, prevention foremost.” The company has also put in place a comprehensive workplace safety responsibility system and conducts three-tiered (enterprise, workshop, and team) safety education and training. Each year, the company provides more than eight hours of workplace safety training per employee on average to enhance their safety awareness.
