Raw Material Quality Control

1. A stringent inspection system for raw and auxiliary materials has been established, under which samples are randomly selected from each batch of incoming materials for testing. Upon detection of any issues, relevant personnel and production staff are immediately notified to conduct an investigation. For raw and auxiliary materials with more serious problems that may affect product quality, their use is immediately suspended, and the corresponding supplier is promptly informed to take corrective action. This ensures the continuous and stable quality of all raw and auxiliary materials used.

2. In accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and other relevant procurement standards and regulations, suppliers shall be periodically evaluated in line with the company’s supplier management needs. Only suppliers that have been certified as qualified and whose products meet the company’s quality requirements may be approved for use in production.

3. The development of new raw and auxiliary materials must first undergo laboratory-scale trials before proceeding to pilot-scale testing on production equipment; only after the pilot-scale trials are successfully completed may the resulting products be considered for use.
