Raw material quality control

1. Formulate a strict inspection system for raw and auxiliary materials, carry out sampling inspection on each batch of raw and auxiliary materials entering the factory, and immediately notify the relevant staff and production personnel for investigation as soon as any problem is found; when the problem is serious and may affect the product quality Raw and auxiliary materials shall be stopped immediately and the corresponding suppliers shall be notified for handling. Ensure the continuous stability of the quality of the raw and auxiliary materials used.

2. According to ISO 9001:2015, ISO22000:2018 standards and various procurement requirements, suppliers are regularly reviewed according to the company's management needs for suppliers. Only products that have obtained qualified suppliers and meet the company's quality requirements can be used on the computer.

3. For the development of new raw and auxiliary materials, it is necessary to pass the laboratory test before the pilot test can be carried out on the machine, and the products can be considered after passing the pilot test.
