Huaxin Packaging Holds a Study Session for the Party Committee’s Central Group

3 month 1 On the morning of [date], Huaxin Packaging held 2019 At the first study session of the Party Committee’s central group, participants thoroughly studied “Why Xi Jinping Emphasizes ‘Historical Thinking,’” “Party Members and Leading Cadres Must Uphold the ‘Ten Musts and Ten Prohibitions,’” and “The Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Speech During His Inspection Tour of Guangdong: Summarizing Experience and Forging Ahead with Courage,” as well as conveyed and studied the Implementation Opinions of the Party Committee of China Chengtong Holding Group Co., Ltd. on carrying out the “Opinions on Further Inspiring a Broad Range of Cadres to Demonstrate New Responsibilities and Achieve New Results in the New Era.” 4 the spirit of the document. Members of the company’s Party and administrative leadership team attended the meeting, which was chaired and addressed by Ren Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager.

During the study session, members of the Party and government leadership team shared their insights and reflections on what they had learned, drawing on their own work experiences. They stated that, in their future work, they would strengthen their sense of responsibility to dare to take on challenges and act decisively, and fully harness their initiative and creativity.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Ren Xiaoping commended the timeliness of this Party Committee Central Group study session and the accuracy of its thematic focus, and, in light of the company’s actual circumstances, put forward five specific work requirements: First, following the meeting, the four documents and materials from this study session should be promptly distributed to all leaders, who are then expected to build upon the content by deepening and broadening their understanding. Second, we must strengthen the Party Committee Central Group study sessions, closely integrating them with the company’s day-to-day production and operations to establish a regular learning mechanism that enables us to effectively address the new challenges facing enterprise development in the new era. Learning transforms lives, and wisdom shapes the future. Third, we must apply what we learn in practice: drawing inspiration from Huaxin Packaging’s pioneering spirit in the capital markets, its technological leadership, and its commitment to mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, we should engage in thorough reflection and develop evaluation criteria for cadres that emphasize sound planning, bold initiative, and zero errors—thereby fostering a culture of accountability and results-oriented action. Fourth, we need to enhance incentive mechanisms to invigorate the organization; leading cadres must set an example by taking the lead, ensuring that authority is delegated while responsibilities are firmly assigned and oversight is fully in place. Fifth, we must promptly refine the company’s systems for Party building and disciplinary inspection, ensuring full and rigorous implementation of the standards and requirements issued by higher-level Party committees.
