Perfect production equipment
At present, Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. is equipped with 2 advanced imported paperboard machines, with an annual output of 280000 tons of high-grade coated white cardboard, cup paper and liquid packaging paper. One pulp treatment production line of 250 tons/day and one pulp treatment line of 500 tons/day. Two complete paint preparation production lines; 180 cubic meters/day coating wastewater recovery production line; 15000 cubic meters/day sewage treatment system; One semi-synchronous flat paper cutter, 3 synchronous flat paper cutters; 1 automatic flat paper packaging line.
The current overall equipment of Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. is at the international advanced level in the 1990 s. The whole set of paperboard machine adopts VOITH SULZER company's technology and equipment. The forming department adopts a three-stack net structure and is equipped with an online forming machine, a shoe press, a rapid flow sizing machine, a single press zone double roll soft and hard calender, a dynamic scraper coating head and an air infrared drying system. In addition, the AC frequency conversion transmission control system of ABB of Sweden and Rockwell of the United States is adopted. In terms of quality control, honeywell-Measurex's (QCS & DCS) process and quality control system was used.
