Currently, Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. is equipped with two state-of-the-art imported cardboard paper machines, with an annual production capacity of 280,000 tonnes of high-grade coated white cardboard, cupboard paper, and liquid packaging paper; one pulp-processing line with a capacity of 250 tonnes per day and another with a capacity of 500 tonnes per day; two complete coating-preparation production lines; a coating-wastewater-recycling line with a capacity of 180 cubic metres per day; a wastewater-treatment system with a capacity of 15,000 cubic metres per day; one semi-synchronous flat-bed cutting machine, three synchronous flat-bed cutting machines; and one fully automated flat-paper-packaging line.

Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. currently boasts equipment and facilities that are on par with the internationally advanced standards of the 1990s. The entire board-making line is equipped with technology and machinery supplied by Voith Sulzer; the forming section features a triple-layer wire structure and is outfitted with an online former, shoe press, high-speed size press, single-pressure-zone twin-roll soft and hard calender, as well as a dynamic doctor blade coating unit and an infrared drying system. In addition, the company employs AC variable-frequency drive control systems from ABB of Sweden and Rockwell of the United States. For quality control, it utilizes Honeywell-Measurex’s process and quality control systems (QCS & DCS).
