5. Completion Date: As specified by Party A’s Equipment Engineering Department.
6. Time for obtaining tender documents: From May 14, 2020, to May 19, 2020, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays). (Beijing time, the same below.)
Note: The price per set of tender documents is RMB 300.00; no refunds after purchase.
7. Submission Document submission deadline ： June 3, 2020, 10:00 a.m. Tender documents will be accepted starting 30 minutes before the deadline; any tender documents submitted in advance, after the deadline, or in non-compliance with the specified requirements will not be accepted.

9. Qualification Requirements
( 1 ) Bidders must be companies registered within the People’s Republic of China, possessing independent civil liability capacity and independent legal personality, and holding a valid business license for corporate entities; they must also provide a photocopy of the most recent annually inspected business license for corporate entities.
( 2) Bidders must be registered in Zhuhai City and possess qualifications for the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of national special equipment. Contracting units with Grade-A qualifications or a Grade-A evaluation rating from the Zhuhai Special Equipment Association (among the top 15 entities recognized by the Zhuhai Special Equipment Association in 2019);
( 3) Bidders shall provide the organizational structure of personnel assigned to this project, including on-site supervisors and their certification status. Construction personnel must also provide proof of social security coverage purchased by your company. ( or commercial insurance ) relevant materials;
( 4) Bidders shall have proven experience or a track record in the maintenance and servicing of 5-ton elevators, and shall provide photocopies of relevant contracts or owner acceptance reports, duly stamped with the official company seal (at least three copies). Bidders with more than ten 5-ton elevator maintenance projects will receive additional points. Furthermore, bidders are required to dispatch technicians to the site for repair within 20 minutes of an elevator malfunction.
( 5) The bidder shall print its enterprise information from the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and confirm that it is not listed on the National List of Discredited Persons Subject to Enforcement, the List of Parties Involved in Major Tax Violation Cases, the Record List of Serious Illegal and Dishonest Conduct in Government Procurement, or any other lists of bidders that do not meet the prescribed eligibility requirements on the China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
( 6) Consortium bids and subcontracted project bids will not be accepted.
