4. Completion Date: As per Party A’s requirements.
5. Time for obtaining tender documents: From May 19, 2020, to May 25, 2020, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays). (Beijing time, the same below.)
Note: The price per set of tender documents is RMB 500.00; no refunds after purchase.
6. Submission Document submission deadline ： June 5, 2020, 10:00 a.m. Tender documents will be accepted starting 30 minutes before the deadline; any tender documents submitted in advance, after the deadline, or not in compliance with the specified requirements will not be accepted.

8. Qualification Requirements
1) Bidders must be companies that are capable of independently assuming civil liability, registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and possessing independent legal personality, and shall hold a valid and lawful business license for corporate entities.
2) Bidders shall provide a photocopy of the most recent annual inspection certificate for the business license of the corporate entity.
3) Bidders shall have proven experience or a track record in the design, manufacture, and practical application of the relevant products, and shall submit photocopies of pertinent contracts or owner acceptance reports, duly stamped with the official company seal. In addition, bidders shall provide five historical contracts (with prices that are representative), together with contact information for the collaborating companies for reference.
4) In Bidders shall provide enterprise information printed from the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and confirm that they are not listed on the China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) as discredited persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violation cases, entities with records of serious violations and breaches of trust in government procurement, or any other bidders who do not meet the prescribed eligibility requirements.
5) Joint ventures and subcontracting for the project are not accepted;
6) Possess a tender invitation letter issued by the tendering entity;
7) The cooperating party shall either purchase a work safety liability insurance policy with our company as the insured address (issued by PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited) or deposit a risk security fund (equal to the total winning bid price of 20%).
