4. Delivery date: The work clothes will be delivered in two batches. Please refer to the annex to the contract for details. The specific arrival date shall be subject to the inspection and receipt date of Party A's warehouse.

9. Deadline for submission of bid documents: January 17, 2020, 15:00. The bid documents shall be received 30 minutes before the deadline, and the bid documents submitted in advance, late or not in conformity with the regulations shall not be accepted.

11. Bidder qualification requirements:
（1). Meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the the People's Republic of China Government Procurement Law;
1.1. Provide business license (or institution legal person certificate, or social organization legal person registration certificate), organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate [if multiple certificates have been processed, only the business license after the certificate is required]];
1.2. Provide a written statement that there is no major illegal record in the business activities in the 3 years before participating in government procurement activities (see the "Bidder Qualification Statement Letter" for details).

Provide the certificate of the legal representative and the original power of attorney of the legal representative (if the legal representative participates in the bidding as the bidding representative, only the certificate of the legal representative and the copy of the ID card of the legal representative are required.
