Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd. will select the winning bidder for the sale of the company’s waste paper through an open and competitive bidding process. The details of the sale are hereby announced as follows:
I. Project Overview
1. Tender Project Name: Sale of Waste Paper by Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd.
2. Project Location: Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. No. 508, Jinji Road, Qianshan, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province.
3. Sales Period: Upon Execution of the Contract Two days.
4. Minimum quote Price ： RMB 2,420 per ton ( Quotes below RMB 2,420 per tonne will be deemed invalid. )

(Quotation, priced per unit as listed in the bill of quantities) ) Note: The quantities of the items for sale shall be determined in accordance with the weighing slips; the condition of the items shall be assessed based on their actual on-site condition, with no selection made as to quality—sales are on an “all-inclusive” basis (no returns will be accepted once sold). All prospective bidders are required to attend the on-site inspection so that they may fully factor all risks and associated costs into their bids; once the winning bid is confirmed, no adjustments to such costs will be permitted.

III. Project Implementation Requirements:
1. Possessing a pile of waste paper in the warehouse of Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd. (approximately 26.085 a removal capacity of tons.
2. Transport vehicles that are qualified in accordance with road traffic regulations.
3. Having on-site The capability to complete removal within 48 hours.
4. On-site environmental hygiene shall be in accordance with our company. The 5S standards must be implemented in compliance with company policies and environmental protection requirements.
5. Comply with national laws and regulations and adhere to the company’s management systems and safety requirements.
6. Comply with the instructions of the on-site management personnel of the office and ensure that all personnel are certified before commencing work.
IV. On-site inspection time:
Time: 2020 01 month 13 Morning of the day 10:30-11:30
Location: Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd.
