42. Qualification requirements of bidders:
4.1、For registration in the territory of the People's Republic of China (territory refers to the People's Republic of China provinces, municipalities and regions other than Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), with the ability to independently bear civil liability,Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract, and have no major illegal records in business activities in the past three years.ofQualified bidder, holding the business license of enterprise legal person;
4.2、Criteria for qualified bidders: having a People's Republic of China road transport business license; Having 3-5 years of transportation experience; no less than 20 self-owned freight vehicles with valid certification materials or more than 30 vehicles with fully deployed capacity;
4.3、The bidder has the transportation performance of similar or related industries in the past three years (the industry scope must conform to one of the following industries: pulp and paper product transportation, food product transportation, and home appliance product transportation. Performance requirements: at least one transportation contract related to the above-mentioned industries within the past year (copy, the original bid evaluation must be provided, if not provided, it will be treated as invalid bid) and the corresponding transportation invoice (copy) within one year in the transportation contract must be submitted. If the bidder belongs to the holding enterprise of the competitor, the tenderer has the right to refuse to participate in the bidding);
4.4、2018 to be provided by the BidderAnnual tax payment certificate;
4.5、The bidder is not included in the blacklist of service providers of China Paper Investment Co., Ltd;
4.6、Consortium bids are not accepted.
5Acquisition of Bidding Documents:
Price of bidding documents: RMB 800 yuan per package of bidding documents, plus RMB 50 yuan for domestic mail order. The bidding documents will not be returned after sale and will not be invoiced.
