In accordance with the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the Measures of Guangdong Province for Implementing the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China, Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd. is seeking service providers for the outsourcing of its employee canteen project and cordially invites qualified domestic suppliers to participate.

2 1. Project Name: Outsourcing of the Employee Canteen at Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd.

4 1. Term of Cooperation: Three years (contract may be renewed upon meeting satisfaction criteria).
Registration deadline: 10:00 a.m. on September 9, 2019 Point.
5 1. On-site registration location: Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. (No. 508, Jinji West Road, Zhuhai City)
Service Provider Qualification Requirements:
① A corporate legal person that is independently liable for civil obligations and is duly registered in mainland China (submit a photocopy of the business license, affixed with the official company seal);
② Letter of Declaration of No Material Violations;
④ Holds a catering service license. ；
6 Payment terms: Monthly settlement.
7 1. Project Requirements:
① Procurement and processing of raw materials, food safety management, and service and hygiene management for the kitchen, dining area, and private dining rooms; provision of standard breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night meals for employees in accordance with company policies (under a four-shift, three-rotation system).
② Huafeng Paper currently has approximately 400 employees on staff;
③ Huafeng Paper’s canteen currently boasts well-maintained hardware facilities;
④ Responsible for delivering meals to employees in the workshop;
⑤ Responsible for the production and distribution of purified water throughout the plant.
