The 18th Hongta Renheng Employee Basketball Tournament Officially Kicks Off

To enrich the employees’ extracurricular cultural life, strengthen communication and collaboration among the company’s various centers (departments), and foster a sense of team pride and a spirit of hard work and striving, the 18th Hongta Renheng Employee Basketball Tournament kicked off on time at the Qianshan Basketball Court on October 9, amid widespread anticipation from staff, thus marking the official start of this year’s employee basketball competition.

On the first day, a total of two matches were held. The Dream Team II, composed of mid- and senior-level managers, faced off against a combined team from the Marketing Center, the Warehousing and Logistics Department, and the Research Institute in the opening match, drawing continuous cheers from the audience as the two sides clashed head-to-head. The second match pitted Production Department II against Production Department III in a high-stakes showdown, with both teams giving it their all in a fiercely contested battle. Throughout the first day of competition, the atmosphere at the venue was one of unity and vibrancy; amid waves of enthusiastic support, players from each team worked together with determination, delivering performances that showcased both skill and spirit. In the end, Dream Team II and Production Department II emerged victorious in their respective matches for the day.

This tournament breaks with the traditional constraints and rules of basketball, allowing for minor adjustments to the game schedule through mutual agreement between the two teams, with the aim of boosting participation and making the competition more engaging.
