10 1. Bidder Qualification Requirements:
① Bidders must be corporate entities registered within the People’s Republic of China that have purchased the tender documents for this project and hold a valid and legally recognized business license (a photocopy affixed with the official company seal must be provided).
② Possess a road transport business license issued by the municipal-level or higher government transportation authority (provide a photocopy of the certificate, affixed with the official seal);
③ Bidders must provide Meets our company’s project requirements Vehicle Registration Certificate and the vehicle insurance list (Provide relevant materials and affix the official seal) ；
④ Original Certificate of Legal Representative and Original Power of Attorney for the Legal Representative ( Sealed with the official seal ) ；
⑤ The bidder shall purchase a Work Safety Liability Insurance policy with our company as the insured address (issued by PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited) or deposit a risk security bond equal to 20% of the total winning bid price, both duly stamped with the official seal.
Note: Bidders must comply with all of the foregoing requirements. If two or more suppliers fall under any of the following circumstances, they shall be prohibited from participating in the tender simultaneously; upon discovery, such conduct shall be deemed bid-rigging, and all related bids shall be declared invalid: 1) Where the legal representatives are the same person; 2) Where there exists a controlling or management relationship.
