Dan Zhongli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chengtong Group, Conducts a Research Visit to Hongta Renheng and Provides Guidance on Its Work

On November 11, a delegation led by Shan Zhongli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chengtong Group, and Hong Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of China Paper, visited Hongta Renheng for a research visit. During the visit, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of the company’s Research and Technology Center and the BM2 high-grade coated white cardboard production line.

During the research visit, Ji Xiangdong, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Hongta Renheng, on behalf of the company’s Party and administrative leadership team, provided a detailed briefing to the visiting delegation on the company’s overall profile, Party and mass work, operational performance, and development strategy. He placed particular emphasis on reporting on the implementation of the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign since the beginning of this year, as well as on the company’s plans for advancing Party building in the next phase in alignment with the spirit of the meeting on strengthening Party building in state-owned enterprises.

After carefully listening to the briefing, Shan Zhongli and Hong Jun fully commended Hongta Renheng’s overall performance and offered valuable suggestions for the company’s next steps.

Hong Jun emphasized that Hongta Renheng must continue to uphold and build upon its best practices; vigorously promote the Party’s guiding principles, policies, and internal rules and regulations throughout the enterprise; establish a dedicated Party and Mass Work Department to provide unified leadership over Party, trade union, and Youth League activities; set detailed, concrete objectives for Party building work and subject these objectives to rigorous performance evaluation; and engage in joint deliberation on Party and administrative work to ensure more effective integration between the company’s business operations and its Party-building efforts.

Dan Zhongli thoroughly conveyed the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the National Conference on Party Building in State-Owned Enterprises to all attendees, urging the company to conduct proactive research and ensure that the guiding principles of the National Conference on Party Building in State-Owned Enterprises are effectively implemented at the grassroots level. He emphasized that Hongta Renheng, as an outstanding enterprise with a glorious history and numerous “firsts,” must continue to explore avenues for transformation and upgrading, relentlessly pursue excellence, make rational use of the Group’s abundant resources, develop a mixed-ownership structure, and steadily grow stronger and larger. Although Hongta Renheng has already established a solid foundation for party building, it must further broaden its thinking and boldly explore new approaches in this area; specifically, it should set up a dedicated party-building body and adopt a flexible staffing and organizational structure. He expressed support for Hongta Renheng’s “dual cultivation system”—that is, cultivating technical backbones into Party members and cultivating Party members into technical backbones—while also stressing the need to continue exploring effective performance-assessment mechanisms. Furthermore, the company must continuously strengthen its innovation system, intensify publicity efforts for party-building work, and reinforce the ideological and conceptual orientation of its employees.
