Pioneering Leadership Fuels Development; Overcoming Obstacles with Courage and Accountability — Hongta Renheng Holds Plaque-Awarding Ceremony and Symposium for the “Party Member Vanguard Team” and the “Problem-Solving Task Force”

　　To continuously and thoroughly advance the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” and to fully leverage the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members in the enterprise’s production, operations, and reform and innovation, the Party Committee of Hongta Renheng held a plaque-awarding ceremony and symposium for the “Party Member Vanguard Teams” and “Problem-Solving Task Forces” on the afternoon of August 23 in the eighth-floor conference room of the Qianshan Plant. Ren Xiaoping, Secretary of the Hongta Renheng Party Committee; Zhang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection; Xu Bin, Assistant to the General Manager of Hongta Renheng; Yang Dongmei, Chairperson of the Trade Union, and other leaders attended the meeting and presented plaques to the First, Third, and Seventh Party Branches of Hongta Renheng, which had been honored as “Problem-Solving Task Forces” and “Party Member Vanguard Teams.”

　　During the exchange meeting, Party member representatives shared their insights—based on their own work experiences—on such topics as the outcomes of thematic education study, the exemplary role of Party members, and the strengthening of Party branch building, engaging in in-depth discussions with the attending leaders and other Party members.

　　In his concluding remarks, Ren Xiaoping pointed out that the company is currently at a developmental bottleneck, making it all the more crucial for Party branches to play their role in strengthening ideological and political development. Party members should “make their identities known, uphold a positive image, and demonstrate their effectiveness,” bravely taking on heavy responsibilities and willingly dedicating themselves in their respective posts. He put forward several requirements for the Party members present: first, Party building work must be closely integrated with production and business operations.

　　First, we must intensify our study to strengthen our sense of responsibility and commitment; when confronted with problems and difficulties, we must refrain from shirking accountability or procrastinating, bravely embrace challenges, and demonstrate unwavering courage and determination to overcome obstacles. Second, we must consciously submit ourselves to public oversight, consistently holding ourselves to the standards expected of Party members in both our work and daily life, setting an exemplary model for the masses, and willingly accepting their supervision. Third, we must earnestly uphold the shining image of a Party member—possessing political literacy and ideological awareness that surpass those of ordinary employees—and carry forward the spirit of boldly shouldering heavy responsibilities for development and daring to tackle the toughest issues in reform. We should unite and lead our colleagues in overcoming tough challenges, forging ahead with vigor, and driving the company’s transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development.
