The Discipline Inspection Commission of Huaxin Packaging Held a Special Democratic Life Meeting on the Theme Education of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind”

　　In accordance with the “Notice on Holding High-Quality Special Democratic Life Meetings on ‘Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind’ in the First Batch of Units Participating in the Thematic Education Campaign,” issued by the Leading Group for the Central Party’s Thematic Education Campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” as well as relevant requirements from the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Paper Industry, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Huaxin Packaging convened a special democratic life meeting on the theme of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” on the morning of September 5. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Huaxin Packaging, and attended by Liu Xingping and Mi Huiliang, members of the Huaxin Packaging Discipline Inspection Commission, Lin Ruibo, a member of the Hongta Renheng Discipline Inspection Commission, and Gao Mingxing, the discipline inspection officer of Huaxin Color Printing.

　　This special democratic life meeting was closely centered on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and focused on the five objectives of the thematic education campaign. Each member of the committee placed themselves squarely within the context of the meeting, drawing on their own work realities to identify, pinpoint, and thoroughly address existing problems starting from their own duties. The criticism leveled during the meeting went to the root of ideological issues, characterized by a sincere attitude and a willingness to expose shortcomings and weaknesses, thereby demonstrating a strong sense of political responsibility and Party spirit. As a result, the meeting achieved its intended goals of unifying thinking, clarifying direction, and rallying strength, and yielded the expected outcomes.

　　At the meeting, Comrade Zhang Hong reported on the preparations for this special democratic life meeting. Subsequently, Comrade Zhang Hong took the lead in conducting a thorough self-examination and analysis in light of existing problems and corresponding corrective measures, and shared the gains made through the thematic education campaign. The other members then each carried out their own self-examinations and analyses, outlining the benefits they had derived. In accordance with the requirements of “looking in the mirror, straightening one’s attire, taking a good wash, and curing one’s ailments,” and upholding the principle of “unity—criticism—unity,” all members, driven by a strong spirit of self-revolution, wielded the weapons of criticism and self-criticism to engage in vigorous and healthy ideological struggle, thoroughly cleansing the dust from their thinking and politics, examining themselves, making corrections, and striving for continuous improvement day by day.

　　Finally, Comrade Zhang Hong delivered a concluding speech on behalf of the Discipline Inspection Commission leadership team. She stated that the Hua Xin Packaging Discipline Inspection Commission will place particular emphasis on rectifying issues identified following the special democratic life meeting, thereby consolidating and enhancing the outcomes of the thematic education campaign; will continue to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in depth, strengthening theoretical grounding to continuously enhance both ideological and practical awareness in carrying out rectification efforts; will earnestly assume full responsibility for exercising strict Party self-governance, focusing on the core tasks of oversight, disciplinary enforcement, and accountability, aligning these efforts with production and business operations, clarifying work priorities, performing duties diligently and conscientiously, and building a contingent of discipline inspection and supervision personnel who are loyal, clean, and accountable, so as to provide robust safeguards for Hua Xin Packaging’s high-quality development.
