Full Participation in Learning Emergency-Related Legal Knowledge and Cultivating a Culture of Rule of Law — A Report on the Emergency Management Legal Knowledge Competition Held by Zhuhai Hongta and Zhuhai Huafeng

Organized by the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Office for Popularizing the Law 2019 Annual emergency legal education knowledge competition, held on 2019 year 9 month 1 Date to 9 month 30 to be carried out on a daily basis, further popularizing emergency management laws and regulations among the public and fostering a culture of rule of law in emergency response. China Paper Industry has issued the “Notice on Participating in” 2019 “Notice on the Annual Public Legal Education Competition on Emergency Management” has been issued, calling for vigorous participation by all enterprises within the system. Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd. have responded enthusiastically. 2019 In connection with the annual emergency management legal education knowledge competition, the “Notice on Organizing Full Participation in the Emergency Management Legal Education Knowledge Competition” was issued to coordinate and mobilize all employees to take part in the online event. The Zhuhai Hongta Renheng and Zhuhai Huafeng centers actively organized their respective departments to ensure full participation in the online emergency management legal education quiz.

As of the end of the event, Foshan Huaxin Packaging Co., Ltd. ranked first among China’s six paper industry platforms, with a total score of 270179 points. According to valid statistics, the combined total points of Hongta and Huafeng factories have reached 264628 points. According to complete statistics, the number of participants from the two factories in the online quiz is 1088 The authorized headcount is 1142 People, employee participation rate is 95.27% Above; the combined per capita score for the two plants has reached 243.22 points. All production teams and functional departments have achieved full coverage in answering the questions, and grassroots managers through to the company’s mid- and senior-level leaders have implemented it from top to bottom. The comprehensive participation in the quiz demonstrates the enthusiastic engagement of all staff and a strong atmosphere of learning legal knowledge.

A month-long study of emergency management laws, regulations, and rules may not provide a comprehensive understanding of the emergency management legal and regulatory framework, but it does ensure that everyone has “ Know the law, understand the law, abide by the law, and apply the law. ” This approach to emergency management enables people to enhance their awareness of the rule of law and risk through learning, ensuring that every word is grounded in law and every action is conducted in accordance with the law.
