The main environmental pollution factors produced in the company's production process are wastewater, exhaust gas and solid waste. Our company does not have a pulping production line, which controls the emission of pollutants at the source.

The production wastewater mainly comes from the pulp and paper white water in the paper workshop and a small amount of washing water in the paint preparation section. The impurities in the white water are mainly fine fibers, and the paint washing water contains a small amount of paint. The main pollutants are suspended solids, COD and BOD.5Wait.

The company uses foreign equipment, ultrafiltration and multi-tray recycling machine to recycle the paint and fiber in the wastewater. At the same time, more than 70% of the treated paper machine white water is reused, and the treated wastewater enters the wastewater treatment system. The company's wastewater is biochemically treated and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network, which is finally treated by Zhuhai Gongbei Water Purification Plant.

Biomass briquette boiler flue gas mainly contains soot, SO2NOx and other pollutants. its so2The content is very low, and the dust is carried out by cyclone + bag dust removal, and the dust removal efficiency is 99.5. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection's "Measures for Self-Monitoring and Information Disclosure of National Key Monitoring Enterprises (Trial)" (UNCED [2013] No. 81) and the "Work Plan for Self-Monitoring and Information Disclosure of National Key Monitoring Enterprises in Guangdong Province", our company prepares self-monitoring plans, self-test annual reports, and self-monitoring results, and discloses them on the self-monitoring information disclosure platform of provincial state-controlled enterprises in Guangdong Province. The content of the enterprise's self-monitoring should include: air pollutant discharge monitoring at the main exhaust gas discharge outlet, water pollutant discharge monitoring at the main waste water discharge outlet, and noise monitoring at the factory boundary.

The daily hourly uniform values of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen are made public, and other pollutants in wastewater are monitored at least once a month.

Exhaust pollutants shall be monitored at least once every quarter.

Noise at the boundary shall be monitored at least once every quarter.

If an enterprise adopts entrusted monitoring for self-monitoring, it shall entrust a social testing institution recognized by the competent department of environmental protection at the provincial level or an environmental monitoring institution subordinate to the competent department of environmental protection to carry out monitoring; the environmental monitoring institution subordinate to the competent department of environmental protection that undertakes the task of supervisory monitoring shall not undertake the entrusted business of self-monitoring of the supervised enterprise.

The company has COD.2. One set of ammonia nitrogen sewage online system and one set of flue gas online monitoring system. The data of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen are published on the comprehensive management platform of key pollution sources in Guangdong Province every day. Other pollutants are published on the platform after entrusting third-party qualification units to monitor the data as required.
