Hongta Renheng Holds a Collective Pre-Appointment Talk for Mid-Level Managers

On October 25, Hongta Renheng held a collective pre-appointment briefing for newly appointed middle-level managers. The meeting was chaired by Yang Yongzhi, Deputy General Manager of Hongta Renheng, and Zhang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, delivered a talk on building a clean and honest Party conduct and work style.

At the meeting, Yang Yongzhi extended his congratulations to the newly appointed mid-level managers and set forth the following requirements for their work: First, in their new roles, they must perform their duties with unwavering loyalty and conscientious dedication, fully implementing Chairman Huang Xin’s “strict, practical, thorough, and swift” guidelines and the “four new” principles, and leading their teams to accomplish all assigned tasks in alignment with the company’s business objectives. Second, they must strengthen their sense of responsibility and accountability, faithfully fulfill their job responsibilities, and—especially at this critical juncture of turning losses into profits—work in close unity and concerted effort with the company’s executive leadership, demonstrating courage in taking on challenges and delivering results. Third, they must be bold in striving and willing to make selfless contributions, consistently maintaining a tenacious spirit of tackling tough problems head-on. In the face of current difficulties, they should stay true to their positions, focus on their respective areas of responsibility, and do their utmost; they should strive tirelessly, dedicate themselves wholeheartedly, and endeavor to become pioneers and trailblazers in driving the company’s development, thereby living up to the trust and high expectations placed upon them by the organization.

During the meeting, Zhang Hong conducted a廉政谈话 with the newly appointed mid-level managers and put forward the following requirements: First, they must strengthen their professional ethics, maintain ideological purity and noble aspirations at all times, continuously enhance their Party spirit, always exercise self-discipline, guard against improper thoughts, and cultivate a strong sense of belonging to and responsibility for the company. Second, they must remain clear-headed, uphold a profound sense of reverence—feeling as though treading on thin ice or standing at the brink of an abyss—at all times, view their positions and powers correctly, cherish their posts and career prospects, hold themselves to strict standards, and strive to achieve new accomplishments in their new roles. Third, they must not only treat oversight properly and willingly accept it, but also engage in self-reflection and self-alertness, taking proactive measures to prevent corruption and degeneration. Fourth, they must always practice integrity and self-discipline, consciously restrain their desires and pay close attention to minor details, tightly control their personal and social circles, and prevent small problems from escalating into major ones. At the meeting, Zhang Hong also urged everyone to implement the “dual responsibility” system for each post and effectively carry out Party conduct and clean government building within their respective areas of responsibility, and led the group in a集中学习 session on the Code of Conduct for Communist Party Members on Integrity and Self-Discipline.

Finally, all newly appointed mid-level managers signed the Commitment Letter on Integrity in Professional Conduct and delivered statements expressing their commitment. They unanimously expressed gratitude for the platform provided by the company and pledged to perform their duties diligently and make due contributions to the company’s development. At the same time, they affirmed their determination to take the lead in complying with regulations on integrity and self-discipline, hold themselves to strict standards, and fortify their ideological defenses.
