Hongta Renheng New Materials Development and Industrial Technology Research Institute Holds a Symposium and Exchange Meeting

On November 4, the Hongta Renheng New Materials Development and Industrial Technology Research Institute held a symposium in the eighth-floor conference room of the Qianshan Plant. Li Fei, General Manager of Hongta Renheng, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Yang Dongmei, Assistant to the General Manager of Hongta Renheng and Deputy Director of the New Materials Development and Industrial Technology Research Institute.
To begin, Li Fei explained that the purpose of this symposium was to make corresponding adjustments to the leadership of the Research Institute in line with the company’s overall strategic plan. During the meeting, Li Fei carefully listened to everyone’s opinions and suggestions regarding the Institute’s work.
During the symposium, Yang Dongmei emphasized that process technology and product R&D must be deeply integrated: processes cannot thrive without innovation and R&D, and R&D, in turn, relies on robust process support. The newly established Technical Support Department at the Research Institute serves as a vital bridge and link, representing the most positive change amid the company’s transformation. She expressed her hope that every employee will adopt an open-minded approach, leverage market forces, drive greater innovation, and strive to create even more value for the company.
Finally, Li Fei summarized the symposium and set forth the following requirements for the institute’s work: First, we must base our efforts on actual conditions, identify our differences from competitors, and promptly address and improve our shortcomings. Second, we must proactively stay abreast of market developments, pursue innovation, openness, and practical action in our work, and foster a virtuous cycle of internal improvement, consolidation, enhancement, and further refinement. Third, we must pinpoint gaps, strengthen weak areas, and ensure effective implementation; above all, we must deliver high-quality products, innovate while maintaining consistent quality, and remain fully confident in future development.
