Huaxin Packaging Holds Project Progress Meeting for the “Party Member Vanguard Team” and the “Tackling Tough Challenges Task Force”

To continuously advance the in-depth implementation of the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” and to promote the integrated development of Party building and production operations, Huaxin Packaging convened a project promotion meeting for the “Party Member Vanguard Team” and the “Tackling Tough Challenges Task Force” on November 6. The meeting was chaired by Ren Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Huaxin Packaging, and was attended by project representatives from the First, Third, and Seventh Party Branches of Hongta Renheng, the Party General Branch of Huaxin Color Printing, and the Party Branch of Jinji Chemical.
The meeting heard briefings from the Party branches of Hongta Renheng—namely, Branches 1, 3, and 7—the Party General Branch of Huaxin Color Printing, and the Party branch of Jinji Chemical—on the background for project initiation, implementation measures, project progress, existing challenges, and matters requiring coordination and resolution. Following these briefings, the participants engaged in exchanges and discussions on the status of the projects.
At the meeting, Ren Xiaoping delivered a concluding address. He pointed out that the establishment of a number of “Party Member Vanguard Teams” and “Problem-Solving Task Forces” is intended to fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of Party members and the capacity of work teams to tackle tough challenges, with a focus on resolving persistent, painful, and difficult issues that have long hindered the company’s development, thereby contributing to improved performance and high-quality growth at Huaxin Packaging. He emphasized that efforts must continue to be directed toward this goal and this direction. He also set forth the following requirements for the next phase of work: First, Party organizations at all levels must attach great importance to the building of “Party Member Vanguard Teams” and “Problem-Solving Task Forces” as well as to the advancement of related projects; branch secretaries are to personally make arrangements and coordinate efforts, focusing on “deep-rooted, intractable problems” and embodying the spirit of “willingly shouldering heavy burdens and daring to tackle the toughest challenges,” while innovating working methods and ensuring solid, effective progress. Second, emphasis must be placed on practical relevance and formalism must be firmly resisted; work should be centered on the objective of enhancing the quality of production and operations, so as to effectively harness the role of Party branches as strong fortresses and work teams as frontlines for overcoming difficulties, promote the interactive integration of Party building with production and business operations, translate the political advantages of state-owned enterprises into concrete business outcomes, and ensure that these initiatives deliver real and tangible results.
Finally, the meeting made arrangements for matters that require coordinated resolution.
