4 1. Budgeted Price: ¥1,600,000.00 (RMB One Million Six Hundred Thousand Only)
5 Completion Period: Delivery shall be made within 30 calendar days after the Contract comes into effect; the on-site installation schedule shall be subject to the Purchaser’s notice.
6 1. Time for obtaining tender documents: From August 26, 2020, to September 1, 2020, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays). (Beijing time, the same below.)
Note: Each set of tender documents is priced at RMB 300.00; an additional RMB 50 will be charged for domestic mail-order purchases. Tender documents are non-refundable after sale.
7 , Deadline for Submission of Documents : September 15, 2020, 12:00 Bidding documents will be accepted starting 30 minutes before the deadline; any submissions received in advance, after the deadline, or that do not comply with the specified requirements will not be accepted.

9 , Qualification Requirements
- Bidders must be companies that are legally capable of independently assuming civil liability, registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and possessing independent legal person status, and holding a valid and lawful business license for corporate entities; the scope of business stated on the business license must include the production and sale of industrial pumps and their accessories or paper-making machinery and their accessories. (Sealed with the official company stamp.)
- Provide the legal person’s certification document and the legal person’s power of attorney; (with the official seal affixed).
- Print the enterprise information from the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and confirm that the bidder is not listed on the List of Discredited Persons Subject to Enforcement, the List of Parties Involved in Major Tax Violation Cases, the Record List of Serious Illegal and Dishonest Conduct in Government Procurement, or any other lists of bidders that do not meet the prescribed eligibility requirements on the China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn); (with official seal affixed).
- This project does not accept consortium bids or subcontracted bids.
