9Qualification requirements

The bidder must be a company that has the ability to independently bear civil liability, is registered in the People's Republic of China and has independent legal personality, and holds a legal and valid business license of an enterprise legal person; the business scope of the business license must include the production and sale of industrial pumps and their accessories or paper machinery and accessories. Print enterprise information on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the Chinese Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) are not included in the list of dishonest enforcers, parties involved in major tax violations, records of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement and other bidders who do not meet the prescribed conditions; (stamped with official seal)
