Dear of Employees:

Happy New Year, everyone!

Recently, the outbreak of pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus infection has drawn widespread public attention. In the face of this sudden epidemic, the entire Party and the people across the country have sprung into action, uniting as one and pooling their strength to launch a decisive battle to contain and control the spread of the virus. The Party Committee of our company has been deeply concerned about the health of all employees, promptly establishing a leading group for epidemic prevention and control and requiring all enterprises in which we have invested to do the same. Through various channels, we have convened numerous special meetings to study and deploy epidemic prevention and control measures, rigorously implementing the relevant requirements issued by higher-level Party committees and local Party committees and governments, and have formulated a series of measures that include Trace the source of the outbreak, control the epidemic, and stabilize (resume) production. Including the aforementioned measures, we have done our utmost to block all possible channels of COVID-19 transmission and spread, thereby ensuring the safety of our employees and the security of our facilities. To further conscientiously implement the spirit of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, to further enforce the requirements of the SASAC, Chengtong Group, China Paper, and the Party committees and governments of the enterprises’ jurisdictions on strengthening epidemic prevention and control, and to further ensure the high-standard, stringent implementation of the directives put forward by Comrade Huang Xin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Paper, “Full coverage, no blind spots” Instructions on epidemic prevention and control: The Party Committee of the company calls on all employees, regardless of your location, to conscientiously implement the following six measures:

First, all employees must follow instructions and directives without exception and refrain from any inappropriate words or actions that contradict the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control efforts. All staff are urged to conscientiously comply with the company’s arrangements and requirements for epidemic prevention and control. Employees who have not yet returned to the factory must, with a strong sense of responsibility, report their movements during the epidemic period to the company and provide updates on the health status and travel histories of their family members and close contacts.

Second, do not panic and do not spread or believe rumors; instead, take proper health precautions for yourself and those around you. Stay informed about the latest epidemic updates through official channels to implement effective preventive measures and protect both yourself and others.

Third, closely monitor your health and seek medical attention and report any abnormalities promptly. If you develop symptoms such as fever or cough, seek care at the nearest medical facility without delay, while taking appropriate personal protective measures. Any relevant information must be reported in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of the company and the local Party committee and government. , ensuring no underreporting, concealment, or false reporting , no retreat, no delay, no evasion.

Fourth, we must firmly establish “One person falls ill, the entire factory shuts down.” The concept of the extreme importance of epidemic prevention and control. “Pursuing development for the enterprise and well-being for our employees” requires a strong sense of responsibility and decisive action from every member of staff. The effectiveness of our epidemic-control efforts serves as a vivid demonstration of this collective sense of responsibility and proactive engagement. We urge all employees to step up with a sense of duty, take initiative, and approach the fight against the pandemic with a high degree of corporate and social responsibility.

Fifth, Party organizations at all levels and all Party members and cadres must fully play their roles as bastions of combat and vanguards in the fight against the epidemic. Further efforts should be made to deepen The thematic education campaign on “staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” must set an example and take the lead in the fight against the epidemic.

Sixth, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, and other mass organizations must excel in caring for employees by promptly addressing their concerns and managing their emotions through effective guidance, education, and counseling. Under the leadership of the company’s Party Committee, they should do more to reassure, unite, and warm the hearts of employees in the fight against the epidemic, further leveraging the political strengths of these organizations in maintaining close ties with the broad workforce to help secure a comprehensive victory in the battle against the pandemic.

We urge all employees to fully recognize that epidemic prevention and control not only concerns the life safety and physical health of each of you and those around you, but also constitutes a legal responsibility and obligation that every citizen must shoulder. Let us remain steadfast in our confidence, follow instructions, work together with one heart and one mind, overcome these difficult times, and achieve final victory in this battle against the epidemic at an early date!
