China Chengtong "Three Importants and One Major" Decision System Online Training Meeting Successfully Held

From July 25 to 26, the on-line training meeting of China Chengtong's "Three Importants and One Major" decision-making system was held in Beijing. This training was undertaken by China Paper. Zhu Xiaozheng, Director of the Group's President's Office and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Paper, made the opening mobilization.

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to improve the position, clarify the rights and responsibilities and working methods of the party organization in decision-making, implementation, and supervision. The party committee's gatekeeping orientation should be coordinated with the scientific decision-making of the board of directors and managers, and the "three important and one large" decision-making process should be standardized. It is necessary to clarify the scientific and democratic decision-making of major issues in the construction of the "three important and one large" system, realize the comprehensive supervision of the "three important and one large" issues, improve the efficiency of supervision, and improve the decision-making awareness of decision-makers in accordance with laws and regulations. It is necessary to enhance the ability to operate the "three important and one large" system through training, and complete the task of decision-making and operation supervision system construction with quality and quantity.

More than 70 people participated in the training from 8 units including China Paper, Chengtong Hong Kong, Chengtong Manpower, China Packaging, China Business Group, Chengtong Fund, Chengtong Real Estate and Chengyang Investment.

Zhu Bixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Chengtong, went to Yinhe Paper to carry out a special research on the theme of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Keeping in Mind Mission"
