The Party Committee of Huaxin Packaging Holds a Collective Study and Seminar on the “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind” Thematic Education Campaign and the Company’s High-Quality Development

　　On August 14, the Party Committee of Huaxin Packaging convened a collective study and seminar on the “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” thematic education campaign and the company’s high-quality development at the eighth-floor conference room of the Qianshan Plant of Hongta Renheng. Huang Xin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Paper, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Ren Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Huaxin Packaging, chaired the meeting, which was also attended by members of the leadership teams of Hongta Renheng, Huaxin Color Printing, and Jinji Chemical Company.

　　The meeting featured vigorous discussions on the company’s strategic planning and reform initiatives. Drawing on their respective areas of responsibility and the findings from the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” members of the leadership teams of each subsidiary put forward ideas and recommendations centered on achieving high-quality development.

　　Chairman Huang Xin expressed his hope that the company’s management team would be fully confident, emphasizing that “clear thinking, a broad strategic vision, and a global perspective” are the keys to corporate development—and that the company should strive to be a game-changer. He also outlined several expectations for the company’s future: first, in the face of market competition, the company should avoid direct confrontation with stronger rivals, leverage its own strengths, keenly identify market needs and R&D priorities, let market demand guide R&D efforts, and establish an effective mechanism for seamless coordination between market initiatives and customer engagement; second, the company should thoroughly study existing laws, regulations, and relevant policies, seize emerging opportunities, carefully design robust allocation mechanisms and incentive schemes, and formulate a long-term corporate strategy; and third, the company must free its thinking, address key challenges head-on, enhance information sharing, and promote resource pooling.
