The Group held a production and operation analysis meeting in the third quarter of 2019.

On October 28, China Chengtong's production and operation analysis meeting for the third quarter of 2019 was held at the group headquarters. The meeting summarized the group's work in the first three quarters, analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies, deployed the key work in the fourth quarter and the next stage, and promoted the full completion of the tasks of production and capital operation in 2019.

Zhu Bixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, and Li Hongfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Vice President Tong Laiming made the Group's budget execution and financial performance report for the first three quarters of 2019. Vice President Li Yousheng presided over the meeting. Relevant comrades of the sixth inspection group of SASAC and members of the group's leading group attended the meeting.

In his speech, Zhu Bixin fully affirmed the work of the group in the first three quarters and put forward requirements for the key work in the fourth quarter and the next stage. The first is to earnestly cooperate with the sixth inspection team of the SASAC Party Committee to carry out inspections of the group's party committee, improve political positions, actively cooperate, carefully find problems, and strictly implement rectification. The second is to ensure the completion of the 2019 budget target and various tasks set at the beginning of the year. The third is to further deepen the work of the reform pilot, strengthen confidence, emancipate the mind, and have the courage to take responsibility to ensure that the landmark results of the capital operation reform pilot will be achieved by the end of 2020. Fourth, we will further strengthen party building at the grass-roots level, strengthen discipline and accountability, and promote high-quality development with high-quality party building. Zhu Bixin emphasized that the group's party organizations and management teams at all levels should work together to investigate problems, make up for deficiencies, reform and start again, and successfully complete various tasks in 2019, laying a solid foundation for the group's high-quality development.

Li Hongfeng made a comprehensive summary of the group's work in the first three quarters from seven aspects: production and operation, fund investment, equity platform, asset management, reform and reorganization, safety and environmental protection, and party building, and deeply analyzed the outstanding problems faced by the group's production and operation. For the next step of the group's work, Li Hongfeng pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to performance orientation and strive to create a new situation in production and operation. The first is to play the leading role of party building work; the second is to fight the tough battle of "loss management, quality improvement and efficiency"; the third is to seize the "bull nose" of EVA performance; the fourth is to play the role of the assessment "baton"; the fifth is to play the role of the strategic planning "locomotive. Li Hongfeng stressed that in the fourth quarter, we should seize precious time, cheer up our spirits and resonate at the same frequency, and focus on six key tasks, such as cooperating with inspections, implementing the annual budget, holding special symposiums and seminars, preparing the 2020 budget, optimizing the assessment methods, and de-administrating and institutionalizing the headquarters, so as to lay a solid foundation for achieving a "good start" next year.

All the staff of the group headquarters, the main party and government leaders and chief accountants of the enterprises funded by Beijing attended the meeting at the main venue. Members of the funded enterprise team, comrades above the department head, and some members of the three-level enterprise team participated in the video conference at the branch venue.

The Group held a symposium on special governance and quality and efficiency improvement of loss-making sub-enterprises.
