The public competitive consultation for the sale of general solid waste at the Hongta Factory and the Huafeng Factory (Project No.: HTRH20220323) has now been concluded. Following review by the Consultation Committee, one qualified candidate for award has been recommended. The details of the winning candidate are hereby made public as follows:
