Tender Notice
“In-house Warehouse Transfer and Transportation Services Project for Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. / Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd.” is hereby put out to public tender. Suppliers meeting the eligibility requirements are invited to submit bids.
I. Tender Number: HF200413
II. Project Name: In-Plant Warehouse Transfer and Transportation Services Project for Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd.
III. Project Budget Amount: RMB 6.5 per ton
IV. Term of Service: One year from the date of contract signing.
V. Procurement Project Scope and Requirements:
Business volume and annual expenses are based on the actual transshipment transportation volume of approximately 50,000 metric tons in 2019; additionally, when Red Tower Factory occasionally experiences breakdowns of its in-house heavy-duty trucks that prevent internal transshipment, arrangements must also be made.
VI. Qualification Requirements for Bidders:
(1) Bidders must be companies that are capable of independently assuming civil liability, registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and possessing independent legal person status, and hold a valid and lawful business license for corporate entities; in addition, they shall provide a photocopy of the most recent annually inspected business license for corporate entities, affixed with the official company seal.
(2) Bidders shall submit the original Certificate of Legal Representative and the Original Power of Attorney for the Legal Representative, both affixed with the official company seal.
(3) Bidders shall submit a photocopy of the most recent annual inspection certificate for their business license, along with either an insurance policy for work safety liability issued by PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited with our company as the insured address, or a risk deposit equal to 20% of the winning bid total price, both duly stamped with the official company seal.
(4) Bidders must possess a road transport permit (relevant documentation shall be provided and affixed with the official seal);
(5) Bidders must provide the vehicle registration certificates for vehicles owned by the company (submit the relevant documentation stamped with the official company seal).
(6) Print the enterprise information from the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and affix the official company seal.
(7) Print, on the China Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn), a certificate confirming that the bidder is not listed on the List of Discredited Persons Subject to Enforcement, the List of Parties Involved in Major Tax Violation Cases, the Record List of Serious Illegal and Dishonest Conduct in Government Procurement, or any other lists of bidders that do not meet the prescribed eligibility requirements, and affix the official seal of the bidder.
Notes: 1) This project does not accept consortium bids; 2) Bidders whose legal representatives are the same person, or between whom there exists a direct controlling or management relationship, shall not simultaneously submit bids for this procurement project.
VII. Qualified suppliers shall, from April 17, 2020, to April 24, 2020 (from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays, for no fewer than five working days),
VIII. Bid Submission Deadline: 5:30 p.m. on April 24, 2020.
