5. procurement project content and requirements:
The business volume and annual expenses refer to the actual transfer volume of about 50000 tons in 2019. Hongta factory also needs to arrange when its own cart fails and cannot be reversed.
6. Bidder's Qualification Requirements:
(1) The bidder must be a company that has the ability to independently bear civil liability, is registered in the People's Republic of China and has independent legal personality, holds a legal and valid business license of an enterprise legal person, and provides a copy of the latest annual inspection of the business license of the enterprise legal person and affix the official seal;
(2) The bidder shall provide the legal representative certificate and the original power of attorney of the legal representative and affix the official seal;
(3) The bidder shall provide a copy of the latest annual inspection of the business license of the enterprise legal person, purchase the safety production liability insurance policy (People's Property Insurance Company of China) at the address insured by our company or pay the risk deposit (20% of the total bid price) and affix the official seal.
(4) Bidders must have a road transport permit (provide relevant information and affix official seal);
(5) The bidder shall provide the driving license of the vehicle under the name of the company (provide relevant information and affix the official seal)
(6) Print the enterprise information and affix the official seal on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn);
(7) Print on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) the list of bidders who have not been included in the list of dishonest enforcers, parties involved in major tax violations, records of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement and other bidders who do not meet the prescribed conditions and affix their official seals.
Note: 1) This project does not accept the consortium bid; 2) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different bidders who have a direct holding and management relationship, and may not participate in the bidding of this procurement project at the same time;
7. eligible suppliers shall be in the period from April 17, 2020 to April 24, 2020 (8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 14:30 p.m. to 17:30 p.m., excluding legal holidays, not less than 5 working days)
