Huaxin Packaging Hosts a Special Study Lecture on the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee is a meeting at which our Party stands This is a highly significant meeting convened at the historic juncture of the “Two Centenary Goals.” Studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee is an important political task for the entire Party and the whole country, both now and in the period ahead. On January 6, 2020, the Party Committee of Huaxin Packaging held a special briefing on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee in the conference room of the Hongta Renheng Research Building. More than 120 leading cadres and all Party members within the Huaxin Packaging system attended the briefing.

This lecture featured a special presentation by Zhou Geng, a member of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee’s Publicity Team and Vice Dean of the School of Marxism at Jilin University Zhuhai College. In his thematic briefing, Professor Zhou delivered a lecture titled “Good Governance and Good Administration under Confidence in the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics,” examining key issues related to the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity from the perspectives of China’s institutional strengths, confidence in its development path, and the “China Governance” model. He systematically expounded on the historical context and practical significance of upholding and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity, while also exploring the future direction of Chinese-style good governance and good administration. Throughout his presentation, Professor Zhou drew upon numerous historical examples and domestic and international case studies, and shared his insights and reflections based on his own teaching and research experience. The lecture combined theoretical rigor with practical relevance, providing valuable guidance for participants in deepening their understanding and grasp of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Going forward, Party organizations at all levels and all subsidiaries of Huaxin Packaging will continue to intensify study and publicity of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, thereby strengthening their confidence in the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in the theory, in the system, and in Chinese culture. At the same time, guided by the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session, they will meticulously plan for 2020, consolidate foundations, build on strengths, address weaknesses, and reinforce weak links, so as to advance the modernization of the state-owned enterprise governance system and governance capacity and contribute to the high-quality, all-round development of Huaxin Packaging.
