Zhang Xianghong Attends China Paper Commission for Discipline Inspection Seminar and Investigates Galaxy Paper

From December 13th to 14th, Zhang Xianghong, member of the group's party committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, attended the disciplinary inspection work seminar held by the China Paper Commission for Discipline Inspection in Yinhe Paper, Liaocheng, Shandong, and conducted research on Yinhe Paper. Zhang Xianghong listened to the reports and on-site defense of the discipline inspection commission secretaries of five enterprises, including China Paper Huaxin Packaging, Guanhao High-tech, Tegrin Paper, Meili Cloud and Yinhe Paper, on six topics in three aspects, and commented on each research topic one by one. Zhang Xianghong fully affirmed that the China Paper Industry Commission for Discipline Inspection took the lead in organizing research and exploration in deepening the reform of the discipline inspection work system and mechanism. At the same time, it is emphasized that the Commission for Discipline Inspection should further strengthen the primary responsibility of supervision, effectively strengthen the daily supervision of the party committees at the same level and the funded enterprises, and promote the implementation of higher-level decision-making and deployment; actively build and improve the supervision system, and focus on promoting the reform of the discipline inspection work system and mechanism. During the investigation, Zhang Xianghong listened to the report of Li Liangying, general manager of Yinhe Paper Industry, on the production and operation of Yinhe Paper Industry in recent years. He went to the production line of 5280 Paper Industry and the second phase of poplar pulp to conduct on-site investigation. He inspected the production process, equipment operation and product quality of Yinhe Paper Industry on the spot, and gave cordial greetings to the front-line staff.
