Hongta Renheng Conducts Legal Education and Public Awareness Activities

To vigorously promote the spirit of the rule of law, foster a culture of compliance and legality, and enhance the legal awareness of Hongta Renheng employees. On November 26, the Hongta Renheng Risk Management Center invited Attorney Fang Li from Beijing Yingke (Zhuhai) Law Firm, its legal advisory firm, to conduct a rule-of-law publicity and education session titled “Legal Training: Risks Associated with the Five-Level Assessment System and Their Mitigation” in the 11th-floor conference room of the Qianshan Plant Office Building, attended by heads of various centers (departments), document control officers, and employees of the Human Resources Department.

Attorney Fang Li began by systematically reviewing the statutory provisions on employee performance appraisal under the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law. She then provided a clear and concise explanation of the importance of performance appraisals and how they can be leveraged to enhance employees’ work motivation, with particular emphasis on the evidentiary requirements and procedural safeguards. Drawing on real-world corporate cases, she used these examples to underscore the need for all employees to comply with the law, adhere to proper procedures, and ensure that evidence is both sufficient and legally valid.

Trainees stated that this training has deepened their understanding of fundamental legal knowledge and underscored the importance of compliance with laws and regulations, and that they will henceforth uphold the law, emphasize procedural integrity, and conduct all work in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
