Hongta Renheng Successfully Completes Trial Production of Black Cardstock

On November 18, Hongta Renheng’s No. 1 production line successfully completed a trial run of black cardstock, signaling that another new product developed by the company is poised for market launch. In an increasingly complex and fiercely competitive market environment, launching new products is undoubtedly an effective strategy for expanding market share. Recently, the No. 1 line has successively achieved successful trial runs of pure kraft linerboard, lightweight coated paper, ceramic-coated paper, mid-range paper cup stock, and black cardstock, steadily advancing toward the goal of “R&D innovation.” The company continues to introduce more and more new products at the China Paper Expo, laying a solid foundation for its sustained growth.

Prior to the trial production, the Production Division of Hongta Renheng collaborated closely with the Institute for New Materials Development and Industrial Technology, working overtime and overcoming numerous challenges. On the day of the trial run, Production Unit One arranged for overtime staff to work alongside technical personnel in formulating the dye, jointly putting in more than ten hours of relentless effort—unafraid of dirt, hardship, or fatigue. Leaders from both the Production Division and the Institute provided on-site guidance to boost morale, closely monitored progress at the production site, promptly identified and analyzed issues, and swiftly devised and implemented solutions, thereby ensuring the smooth, efficient, and well-organized trial production of the black cardstock and guaranteeing its successful completion.

The successful pilot production of black cardstock will mark a significant milestone for Hongta Renheng. Throughout the pilot production process, all colleagues in the Production Division and the Research Institute demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and fully exemplifying The Chengtong Spirit of “bravely shouldering heavy responsibilities and daring to tackle the toughest challenges.”
