11 1. Bidder Qualification Requirements:

① Corporate legal persons that are independently liable for civil obligations and are duly registered in mainland China (provide a copy of the business license, affixed with the official company seal);

② Letter of Declaration stating no significant legal violations (see the tender documents for the prescribed format);

③ Bidders shall provide at least two contracts for similar projects, each with a contract value of RMB 300,000 or more, concluded within the past two years (contracts under the Yizhangtong platform), along with photocopies of such contracts stamped with the official company seal.
