2020 Annual Electricity Purchase Quotation Invitation

To All Bidders:

In 2020, Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. plans to procure electricity by inviting qualified power-supply entities to submit on-site bids and entering into power-supply contracts with them. The procurement will be conducted under a 100% long-term agreement, with the winning bidder being the entity that offers the largest discount over the current electricity tariff set by the local power supply bureau.

I. In 2020, Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. plans to consume 140 million kWh of electricity, with the preliminary plan as shown in the following table:

The planned electricity consumption may differ from the actual consumption, primarily due to changes in production schedules and market conditions, which are beyond our control.

In 2020, Zhuhai Huafeng Company plans to consume 48 million kWh of electricity, with the preliminary plan as shown in the following table:

Note: Denitrification construction will be carried out on a per-boiler basis and is expected to commence in the second half of the year. It will require an external power supply of 30,000,000 kWh over a four-month period, with equal allocations for peak, flat, and valley periods. However, the actual timing and total electricity consumption will depend on project progress and may differ slightly from the planned schedule.

II. Cooperation Model

1. 188 million kWh of electricity is 100% procured through long-term contractual agreements.

2. The power sales company shall bear any deviation between the planned electricity consumption and the actual electricity consumption.

III. Confirmation of Qualifications for Electricity Sales Entities

1. Prior to submitting a quotation, all entities must provide their electricity sales business license.

2. Provide supporting documentation demonstrating eligibility to sell electricity.

3. Bidders that are not legal entities must provide a letter of authorization.

IV. Bidding Format

1. On November 12, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., on-site bidding will be conducted at the office building of Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. (No. 508 Jinji Road). Bidders must bring their business license and a letter of authorization from the legal representative.

3. Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. was selected as the winning bidder for the 2020 electricity tariff discount program, offering the largest discount.

4. Contract Performance:

Once a power sales company wins the bid and signs a contract, both parties shall assume all responsibilities and may not breach the contract; in the event of any dispute, either party may apply for arbitration before the Zhuhai People’s Court.

Other matters are subject to the provisions of the Contract.
