Hongta Renheng BM2 Water Injection Roll Replacement Project Public Tender Clarification Announcement
Our company 2022 6 month 10 Hongta Renheng released on [date] BM2 Water Injection Roll Replacement Project (Project No.: HTRH2022-0520 ) To make the following clarification:
I. Part IV of the Tender Documents Price scoring in the bid evaluation method (3 0 Points) Revised as follows:
1.1 Original tender document content: Based on the valid bids submitted by each bidder, calculate the absolute value of the deviation percentage, rank the bidders from lowest to highest, and assign the highest score to the bidder ranked first. 30 minutes, deviation 1%, deduct 1 point; if less than 1%, calculate as 1%. The calculation formula is as follows: Bid Evaluation Benchmark Price A : The average bid price of all bidders shall be taken as the benchmark price for evaluation. Absolute value of deviation percentage B = |（Bid Price – Evaluation Benchmark Price A）| / Evaluation Benchmark Price) *100%
Modified to: The benchmark price for evaluation shall be the average of the evaluated prices submitted by all bidders who have advanced to the price evaluation stage. Price scores shall be calculated based on the degree of deviation of each bidder’s price from the benchmark price, with the price score calculation formula as follows: 30- 30*B ， Minimum Divided into Zero points.
Note:
Bid Evaluation Benchmark Price A calculation formula : The average of all bid prices submitted by bidders who have advanced to the price evaluation stage shall be taken as the benchmark price for the evaluation.
Absolute value of deviation percentage B Calculation formula = ( |（Bid Price – Evaluation Benchmark Price A）| / Evaluation Benchmark Price) *100 %, rounded to two decimal places.
