8Deadline for submission of bid documents: 12: 00 on September 1, 2020. The bid documents shall be received 30 minutes before the deadline, and the bid documents submitted in advance, late or not in conformity with the regulations shall not be accepted.
9Place of receiving bid documents: Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd., 508 Jinji West Road, Qianshan, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City.
102. Qualification requirements of bidders:
① Bidders must be registered in the People's Republic of China, have the ability to independently bear civil liability, have purchased the project bidding documents of the enterprise legal person, hold a legal and valid business license of the enterprise legal person (provide a copy with official seal);
② Original certificate of legal representative and power of attorney of legal representative (stamped with official seal);
③ Bidders should have the Guangdong Province security technology prevention industry credit level 4 or above (including ungraded) certificate qualification (stamped);
④ The bidder has not fraudulently won the bid, seriously breached the contract, and has not had any major or above quality and safety liability accident certificate (stamped with official seal) in the past three years;
⑤ Bidders who have had video surveillance system engineering performance in the past three years shall provide relevant performance certificates and photocopies of invoices (stamped with official seal, original for future reference and amount consistent with the invoices provided in the bidding documents);
⑥ The bidder shall have at least one employee holding the operation certificate of low-voltage electrician characteristics (a copy of the certificate shall be provided with the official seal and the original for future reference, and a copy of the social security payment certificate of the employee in the last six months (with the seal of the social security institution) and the official seal of the bidder shall be provided);
⑦ The bidder shall provide the main equipment and products invested by the manufacturer and issue the authorization letter and after-sales service commitment letter for this project for not less than two years (self-made format, official seal required);
⑧ The upgraded platform provided by the bidder requires the manufacturer to issue a certificate of compatibility with the existing system (self-made format and official seal required);
⑨ Bidders are required to print enterprise information on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), and on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn), bidders are not included in the list of dishonest enforcers, parties involved in major tax violations, records of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement and other bidders that do not meet the prescribed conditions.
Note: Bidders must meet all the above requirements at the same time. If two or more suppliers have one of the following circumstances, they shall not participate in the bidding at the same time. Once found, they will be treated as collusion of bids, and the relevant bids will be invalid: 1) the legal representative is the same person; 2) there is a holding or management relationship.

② The original legal and valid business license of the enterprise legal person;
