Hongta Renheng Organizes Spring Festival Visits to Employees in Need

As the 2020 Spring Festival draws near, a festive New Year spirit pervades every corner of Hongta Renheng; yet even in these harmonious days of family reunion, the trade union remains mindful of another group—employees facing financial hardship.

In the initial phase, the Hongta Renheng Trade Union received a total of 10 applications from employees facing financial hardship. Following review, four applicants were found to meet the eligibility criteria. On January 16, 2020, Liu Xingping, Vice Chairman of the Hongta Renheng Trade Union, visited these employees to extend Spring Festival greetings and presented them with condolence gifts. During these conversations, the union learned that the primary causes of their financial difficulties included supporting elderly parents, raising young children, and having an unemployed spouse, among other factors.

Liu Xingping first extended New Year greetings to employees facing difficulties, urging them to lift their spirits, maintain a healthy, positive, and optimistic outlook on life, and strive to improve their family’s well-being through hard work and perseverance.
