Summing Up and Reviewing, Identifying Shortcomings, and Planning for Future Development — Hongta Renheng Holds the 2019 Year-End Performance Review and Evaluation Meeting

On January 8, 2020, Hongta Renheng convened the 2019 Year-End Performance Review and Evaluation Meeting. Ren Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hongta Renheng, General Manager Li Fei, and other company leaders attended the meeting as judges, while more than 20 heads of various centers (departments) and mid-level managers participated and delivered performance reports.

During the meeting, the heads of each center (department) reviewed their departments’ performance in 2019, providing a comprehensive summary of achievements and shortcomings based on specific work examples and data. They also proposed solutions to address identified issues and outlined plans for future development in 2020.

Following the meeting, General Manager Li Fei delivered a concluding review and commentary on the performance-reporting session, commending the hard work and achievements of each center (department) over the past year. At the same time, drawing on real-world cases, he pointed out existing shortcomings and gaps in the company’s management practices, and urged each center (department) to conduct a thorough self-assessment against these issues, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility to address weaknesses and strengthen the management foundation. In his remarks, Li Fei emphasized that all employees and managers must, in the new year, adhere to the business philosophy of “market-oriented and customer-centric,” perform their duties with a high degree of responsibility and a strong sense of mission, and work together to achieve Hongta Renheng’s 2020 business objectives.
