Outstanding Skills Showcase, Ushering in New Heights with the Hongren Spirit — Hongta Renheng Successfully Hosts the “Paper Rope Pulling” Skills Competition

The Hongta Renheng Trade Union organizes skill competitions every year, but This competition on operational skills for the “paper-feeding rope” production line is the first of its kind. Employees from the paper-machine sections of all three lines enthusiastically signed up, with a total of 12 teams and 36 employees participating across the three production lines. In the end, Team No. 10 from Production Department Three emerged as the champion; the “paper-feeding rope” they produced was even judged by the on-site judges as the most perfect example. Team No. 4 from Production Department One and Team No. 8 from Production Department Two tied for second place, while Team No. 2 from Production Department One, Team No. 11 from Production Department Three, and Team No. 12 from Production Department Three shared third place. Li Fei, General Manager of Hongta Renheng, and Xu Bin, Director of the Production Division, presented the winning teams with flags and cash prizes.

To ensure that this competition is fair, just, and transparent, the organizing committee has meticulously formulated the competition rules and guidelines, broken down the scoring criteria into detailed, quantifiable metrics, arranged for multiple judges to score simultaneously, and made thorough preparations for any potential issues. Prior to the event, the company’s trade union and the Production Division actively carried out pre-competition publicity, and on the day of the competition, athletes from each team arrived early, each holding “The eating guy” arrived on the scene, eager to get started.

On the competition floor, each team demonstrated skillful, meticulous, and well-organized performance, fully showcasing their professional expertise. The entire match was tense yet enjoyable. During the judging phase, the judges carefully evaluated each entry... The “paper-feeding rope” procedure was subjected to measurement and evaluation, with a thorough assessment of any potential shortcomings that might arise during production. Participants unanimously agreed that this competition not only helped them identify their own weaknesses but also enabled them to learn superior methods for connecting the “paper-feeding rope” from various work teams, as well as more innovative and effective tools, yielding substantial benefits.
