How should a mattress be maintained?
1. Newly purchased mattresses may emit a new-product odor due to prolonged sealed packaging. Simply ensure good indoor ventilation or place the mattress in a well-ventilated, shaded area for 72 hours, and the odor will significantly diminish.
2. Place the mattress flat on a smooth, even, and well-ventilated bed surface to ensure even support and optimal air circulation.
3. During use, avoid applying heavy, localized pressure on the mattress surface to prevent localized sagging and deformation, which can shorten the mattress’s service life.
4. During use, avoid scratching the fabric with sharp objects or knives.
5. Keep the mat dry during use and avoid damage to the surface caused by liquid spills, high-temperature ironing, or open flames.
6. It is recommended to use a mattress cover or high-quality bed sheets to prevent staining the mattress surface.
