Entrusted by Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Huafeng Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tenderer”), Zhuhai Delian Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tendering Agency”) will be the final product of the tenderer for 2017. The paper transportation service (tender number: ZHDL2016-038) will be open for public bidding, and qualified bidders are welcome to come to participate in the sealed bidding.

If the number of valid bidders in each package group is less than 3, the package bidding fails. The tenderer analyzed the reasons for the failure of the bidding for the project and reorganized the bidding after revising the bidding plan. For details, please refer to the bidding documents.

Package 1: The budget amount is tentatively set at 13.2 million yuan;
Package Group 2: The budget amount is tentatively set at 15.5 million yuan;
Package group 3: The budget amount is tentatively set at 14.1 million yuan;
Package group 4: The budget amount is tentatively set at 14.7 million yuan;
Package group 5: The budget amount is tentatively set at 13.8 million yuan;
Package group 6: The budget amount is tentatively set at 25.3 million yuan;
Package group 7: The budget amount is tentatively set at 7.9 million yuan;
Package group 8: The budget amount is tentatively set at 10.1 million yuan;
Package Group 9: The budget amount is tentatively set at 8 million yuan;
Package group 10: The budget amount is tentatively set at 4.8 million yuan;
Package Group 11: The budget amount is tentatively set at 5.4 million yuan.
Package Group 12: The budget amount is tentatively set at 7.4 million yuan.
- Bidding Price: The bidding quotation shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the “User Requirements Book”. The budget amount of each package group is the upper limit of the bidding price of each package group.
- Service period: 1 year
After the expiration of the contract, the tenderee will conduct the assessment. If the assessment results meet the requirements of the tenderer, the next year's contract can be renewed, and the price will be negotiated and signed by both parties. If the assessment results do not meet the requirements of the tenderer, Party A and Party B will not renew the next year's contract.
- Contract signing time requirement: The signing time is within one week after the "Successful bid notice" is issued.
Note: The bidder should quote the service contents of all the bids in the package group, and it is not allowed to quote only part of the service content, otherwise the bid will be invalid.
2. Bidder qualification requirements
1. To be registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China (domestic refers to the provinces, municipalities and territories of the People's Republic of China except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), qualified bidders with independent civil liability, and business licenses for holding legal persons;
2. The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than RMB 5 million;
3. Road transportation business license;
4. The bidder has the transportation performance in the same or related industries in the past three years (the industry scope must meet one of the following industries: transportation of pulp products, transportation of high-grade coated white cardboard products, liquid packaging paper products) Transportation, transportation of cigarette products, transportation of prepackaged food products, transportation of food packaging materials, etc. Requirements for performance: At least one annual transportation contract of the company in the above-mentioned industries in the past three years (copy, original evaluation) The tender must provide, if it cannot provide the invalid bidding process and the corresponding one-year transport invoice (copy) and bank account flow (original). If the bidder belongs to the competitor participating in the holding enterprise, the tenderee has the right to refuse It participates in the bid);
Note: 1. The time is based on the time provided in the company's annual transportation contract; 2. The annual transportation contract Party A shall be the above-mentioned industry manufacturer or direct user.
5. The bidder shall provide the enquiry certificate of the non-bribery criminal record issued by the bidder in the place of residence or Zhuhai city level or above (including district level) by the procuratorate in the past three years (in the past three years from the date of the issuance of the bidding announcement) );
6. The bidder needs to submit the tax payment certificate for 2015;
7. The bidder shall submit a letter of commitment to pay the 10% of the total winning bid as the performance bond after the bid is won;
8. Do not accept consortium bids.
